About Us

Our story began back in the 1950s, when our grandfather bought the farm. Over the years, it’s been home to a thriving dairy herd, beef cattle, and fields of barley and maize.

Today,  the fields are still very much alive, growing maize and Barley and the old “Shippen,” once a milking parlour in our grandfather’s day, now provides stabling for our family’s horses.

Lower Northcott Farmhouse began offering Bed & Breakfast to passing holidaymakers decades ago, and has since evolved into spacious self-catering accommodation for up to 17 guests. Alongside Little Northcott and The Cabin, we’ve been welcoming families and friends for over 20 years of memorable holidays.

Come and discover all that Northcott Farm has to offer — cosy stays, beautiful views, and the perfect setting for unforgettable Cornish getaways!

The Trewin family have  been farming at Northcott Farm for over 70 years and still actively farm the land, growing mostly maize and barley and keep some beef cattle.

We have been providing holiday accommodation for over 30 years -  under our parent company Court Farm Holidays, which is based in the village of Marhamchurch, 4 miles away.
